PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To ensure that an individuals' personal data is accurately maintained on the SAP system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 or NQF equivalent 4 is essential.
  • Finance/Information Technology Diploma is essential.
  • 1-3 years' relevant experience is essential.
  • Experience in the SAP System is essential.
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.

COMPETENCIES:

  • SAP knowledge is essential.
  • An understanding of HR terminology and procedures is essential.
  • Payroll background is desirable.
  • Interpersonal and Organisational skills are essential.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Ensures all employees are accurately engaged on SAP system.
  • Ensures daily paids and staff employees are promoted and demoted through the TT09 automation program.
  • Ensures all employees are re-instated/re-hired with the relevant supporting documentation.
  • Ensures salary adjustments are updated according to the memorandum received from the Reward Department.
  • Ensures that daily ex-leave report is accurate
  • Ensures that employee personal files are archived to EFM with all the relevant documentation.
  • Ensures that specified audits are completed daily.
  • Compile daily and month end reports.
