Project Manager - M&A Lead

Our energy client seeks an experienced project management professional to lead current-and-future M&A integrations.  The individual will work cross-funcationally to lead the entire life cycle (due dilligence through post-merger activities); develop integration stratiges; risk management; operations/cost synergy identification.  

A minimum of 5 years leading M&A integrations in a regulated industry is required.  PMP, PgMP and/or energy experience preferred.  

Houston-based hybrid role.  Highly visible role with direct access to executive-level decision makers.
