Were partnering with a cutting-edge health and wellness group to find a Medical Director to oversee clinical operations for two growing studio locations in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a licensed physician who wants to lead with impact in a flexible, low-hour, high-vibe environment.

About the Role:

  • This is not your typical full-time position; it's a stipend-based Medical Director role with the option to perform patient services on an eat what-you-kill basis.
  • Many physicians in similar roles maintain full-time jobs elsewhere and support health and wellness clinics/spas with clinical oversight as a meaningful side gig.
  • You'll be the go-to clinical leader for the studios, collaborating with on-site teams to ensure clinical excellence, operational compliance, and exceptional client care.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with medical regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to execute clinical strategies and maintain quality standards.
  • Stay ahead of medical trends, and help bring new, evidence-based offerings to life.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of providers aligned with studio services.
  • Monitor and elevate clinical and operational performance metrics.
  • Represent the studios at community events, educational sessions, or in fun promotional content​.

Locations:

  • Dallas, Texas (surrounding areas)
  • Occasional in-person visits are preferred, but much of the oversight
  • can be done remotely.

Licensure Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed physician (MD, DO, or MBBS equivalent) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Hold and maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted Texas medical license.
  • Active DEA registration with authority to prescribe and dispense controlled substances.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
