ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a HCIT Recruiter, you will partner with the Business Development team to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions for our project and client needs.
  • Building and maintaining a network of resources focused on our core business areas
  • Communicating with current and net new resources and leads to identify and understand their skill set, needs, ideal projects
  • Leading the facilitation of technical discussions with team and prospects
  • Ensuring clients satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintaining communication with existing and previous consultants, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintaining detailed reports of activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Source, screen interview, and evaluate candidates for project opportunities
  • Build and Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirements and technical skills
  • Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates for client opportunities
  • Negotiate pay rates with consultants based on opportunity
  • Work with sales team to help drive the delivery strategy

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting in an agency setting
  • HCIT Recruiting experience highly preferred
  • History of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams
  • Strong work ethic and commitment
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
