Job Description
- Engage with prospects using a relationship sales-based approach
- Generate new business by cold calling, utilizing relationships and lead tracking
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Follow proven sales process and procedures
- Balance book of business between servicing existing customers and new business development
- Stay up to date with tasks within CRM
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful sales experience within the IT/Technology field (cold calling, prospecting, relationship management, closing business)
- Outside sales experience in IT Professional Services or Staffing
- Fast-paced, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Excellent business development and relationship building skills
- Natural personality for the desire to win
- Full understanding of the sales cycle including prospecting, effectively following up, setting qualified appointments, delivering proposals and closing the deal
- Proven track record in outside sales, business development and ability to influence decisions and close the deal
- Bachelors Degree
