Regional Sales Manager (Healthcare Company) - Gauteng & Southern Africa 

A Healthcare company, focussing on supporting doctors and medical practitioners in various industries with innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will create and implement effective sales strategies, research and develop market opportunities, manage the sales team and achieve revenue targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales
• Business development and partnership
• Increase the revenue of the company
• Managing staff, including sales consultants, administrative and reception staff and ensuring they are properly developed and trained
• Developing and managing budgets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, payers, and policy makers
• Ensuring compliance with company reporting and compliance requirements, and escalating any material breaches to appropriate management
• Managing operational expenses
• Conducting market intelligence and assisting in tender preparation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary degree/diploma in Life Sciences / Healthcare will be advantageous
• At least 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager in Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
