Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring strict compliance with aviation regulations, overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and also overseeing and managing the entire c-suite executives in the companies. The CRCO will manage revenue, operations, pricing strategies, and ensure regulatory adherence, while also leading operational management to guarantee efficiency and safety in all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies, including pricing, sales, and marketing plans to maximize profitability.
- Lead compliance initiatives to ensure the company adheres to all aviation regulations, safety protocols, and legal standards.
- Oversee the company's operational activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee and Manage the company's C-Suite Executives in the organizational structure.
- Manage key revenue streams such as charter services, maintenance contracts, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor operational and financial risks related to compliance, safety, and service delivery.
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth audits and inspections.
- Ensure operational teams are aligned with the company's revenue and compliance goals.
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure both financial sustainability and regulatory adherence.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and Board of Directors on revenue, compliance, and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across operations to meet high safety, performance, and efficiency standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in revenue management, operations, and compliance within the aviation industry.
- Extensive knowledge of national and international aviation regulations, including IATA, ICAO, and local aviation authority regulations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing both compliance and operations in an aviation setting.
- Strong leadership, operational management, and communication skills.
- High level of maturity and strategic thinking, with experience working closely with senior leadership and external regulatory bodies.
- Experience in overseeing the daily operations of a mid-to-large scale aviation business.
Duration:
1 year contract with a review to possibly renew
