A Psychiatrist based in Alberton has an exciting position for dynamic medical receptionist willing to join and grow with a practice.


Requirements:

  • Diary and appointment management
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Cash and credit card payment and receipting
  • Creating patient files
  • Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practice
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • General administration
  • Maintain efficient patient service
  • Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information
  • Assist in any marketing initiatives or requirements

Qualification:

  • Matric
  • Medical reception experience essential
  • Medical software knowledge is an advantage
  • Business and marketing diploma is an advantage

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00 and on Wednesday's until 18h00
