Our client, a Specialist Doctor based in Alberton, Johannesburg, is seeking to recruit an experienced medical receptionist & personal assistant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diary and appointment management
- General administrative and PA duties (trip bookings, appointments etc.)
- Answering incoming calls & emails
- Monitor WhatsApp Groups
- Patient liaison
- Service Provider liaison
- Cash and credit card payment and receipting
- Billing knowledge advantageous but not essential
- Stock control and ordering of stock
- Creating patient files
- Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practice
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- General administration
- Maintain efficient patient service
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff and patient information
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Matric
- Experience in medical software of MedEDI
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Tech Savvy

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 17h00
