You will support the connection between marketing strategy and execution, helping ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, positioning, and commercial objectives.


Role Overview

We are looking for a detail oriented and execution-focused Marketing Executive to support the implementation of marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with business goals. This role focuses on coordination, structured execution, and developing strong marketing judgment, while working across key channels including website, social media, email, SMS, and in-app marketing.

You will support the connection between marketing strategy and execution, helping ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, positioning, and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and quality control of AI-assisted marketing strategies, campaigns, creatives, and videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, positioning, and commercial goals.
  • Assist in managing key marketing channels including Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, SMS, and In-App Marketing, ensuring consistent and timely execution.
  • Translate leadership direction into structured tasks, timelines, and deliverables, supporting end-to-end campaign execution across channels.
  • Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, tracking priorities, dependencies, approvals, and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance using available tools, gather insights, and provide feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and AI-generated outputs.
  • Support reporting on campaign progress, key results, and potential risks to senior team members.
  • Contribute to improving execution processes, efficiency, and turnaround time across marketing activities.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., for content generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and analytics) to enhance marketing initiatives and productivity.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and best practices in marketing to continuously improve campaign performance and innovation.

Shift: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)



Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on marketing experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of what drives engagement, conversion, and scale.

  • Experience working with or alongside Generative AI tools is a plus.

  • Excellent coordination and team management skills.

  • Strong project management discipline and attention to detail.

  • High accountability and follow-through.

  • Ability to work under direct CEO guidance.

  • Team-oriented, outcome-driven, and able to manage complex tasks efficiently
