Job Requirements

  • Develop accurate survey-based CAD drawings using field data, site measurements, and geospatial inputs
  • Interpret and convert land survey data, topographical information, and site layouts into detailed technical drawings Prepare and present initial drafting layouts based on survey reports for internal review and validation
  • Ensure all drawings comply with surveying standards, land regulations, and project specifications
  • Produce precise 2D CAD drawings (plans, elevations, sections) using AutoCAD with high attention to detail
  • Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project stakeholders (in USA) to validate drawing accuracy
  • Revise and update drawings based on site changes, corrections, and project feedback
  • Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and survey references

Work Mode: Remote | Part-Time
Compensation: Project basis (Hourly rates)


Job Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of surveying principles and land measurement systems
  • Hands-on experience working with survey drawings (not just mechanical/product CAD)
  • Advance knowledge and previous work experience as CAD and /or an AutoCAD drafter
  • High precision in drafting with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Ability to project manage
