Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, execution-focused marketing professional to drive marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring strategies are executed effectively and aligned with business outcomes. This role focuses on people coordination, project discipline, and marketing judgment, while managing multiple marketing channels including website, social media, email, SMS, and in-app marketing.
You will act as the bridge between marketing strategy, execution, and business results, ensuring campaigns are aligned with the brand, positioning, and commercial goals.
Responsibilities
Own the execution and quality control of AI-generated marketing strategies, campaigns, creatives, and videos, ensuring strong brand, positioning, and commercial alignment.
Coordinate and manage key marketing channels including Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, SMS, and In-App Marketing.
Translate CEO direction into clear action plans, timelines, and deliverables, while planning, coordinating, and controlling end-to-end campaign execution across all channels.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring priorities, dependencies, approvals, and deadlines are consistently met.
Lead and coordinate the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders, driving disciplined execution, collaboration, and alignment.
Monitor campaign performance and qualitative impact, provide actionable feedback to improve AI outputs and future prompts, and report progress, risks, and outcomes directly to the CEO.
Continuously improve execution efficiency, quality, and speed across all marketing initiatives.
Shift: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong understanding of what drives engagement, conversion, and scale
Experience working with or alongside Generative AI tools is a plus
Excellent coordination and team management skills
Strong project management discipline and attention to detail
High accountability and follow-through
Ability to work under direct CEO guidance
Team-oriented, outcome-driven, and able to manage complex tasks efficiently
