Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize business listings and content across key platforms — Meta (FB + IG), Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, BBB, and Sprout Social.
Handling message and review management to maintain brand reputation.
Schedule, publish, and track content performance across channels.
Assist in drafting social captions, local SEO copy, and short post ideas.
Maintain coordination with design/video teams for creative needs.
Support local SEO initiatives (GMB optimization, keyword tagging, etc).
Identify trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback loops from social and review channels.
Shift: SL day time (9am - 6pm)
Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance in all marketing materials.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with online business listing platforms such as Google Business Profile (GMB), Bing Places, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and other directories, as well as content management systems.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, analytics, and performance metrics.
Proactive, creative, and eager to learn new marketing tools and strategies.
1+ years of hands-on experience, with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field considered a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
Knowledge of content creation (e.g., basic design and copywriting skills).
Ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing data.
