Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Java backend development and React frontend development. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements for software projects.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions using Java and React.
• Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js and other related technologies.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and processes.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products on time.

Shift: US Day Time (SL Night Time) (5pm - 2am)

Location: Battaramulla (Hybrid)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Java programming language, with experience in building backend services and APIs using frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in frontend development using React.js and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of web development concepts such as RESTful APIs, AJAX, JSON, and responsive design.
• Experience with modern web development tools and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of software development best practices including Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and continuous integration.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other frontend frameworks/libraries such as Angular, Vue.js, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects.
