Job Responsibilities
Execute daily administrative operations with speed, accuracy, and process discipline.
Ensure workplace readiness, including seating, equipment, and supplies for teams.
Coordinate repairs, service schedules, vendor management and facility upgrades proactively.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and optimize procurement processes.
Coordinate company events, internal communications and internal engagement activities
Create simple marketing assets using graphic design tools aligned with brand guidelines.
Execute social media posting based on provided content and schedules, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Leverage basic automation tools to streamline repetitive admin workflows.
Shift: 9am - 6pm
Location: Battaramulla (Onsite)
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, or related domain.
Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Business Administration, Business Management or HR & Marketing related field (or equivalent experience).
Working knowledge of social media platforms, graphic design tools, and event coordination is a plus
Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Problem-solving mindset with high attention to operational detail.
Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
