Job Responsibilities

  • Execute daily administrative operations with speed, accuracy, and process discipline.

  • Ensure workplace readiness, including seating, equipment, and supplies for teams.

  • Coordinate repairs, service schedules, vendor management and facility upgrades proactively.

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and optimize procurement processes.

  • Coordinate company events, internal communications and internal engagement activities

  • Create simple marketing assets using graphic design tools aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Execute social media posting based on provided content and schedules, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Leverage basic automation tools to streamline repetitive admin workflows.


Shift: 9am - 6pm
Location: Battaramulla (Onsite)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, or related domain.

  • Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Business Administration, Business Management or HR & Marketing related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, graphic design tools, and event coordination is a plus

  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

  • Problem-solving mindset with high attention to operational detail.

  • Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
