Ikigai Cases (www.ikigaicases.com) is a fast-growing ecommerce brand manufacturing aerospace-grade aluminum pill cases. Founded in December 2021 by two brothers after their father's neurological diagnosis led them to discovering the issues with plastic pill organizers, we've built a multi-million dollar business in just over four years with a team of 25 across the globe.

Our mission is simple: make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We deliver on this by managing in-house fulfillment at our Washington, DC facility (including custom engraving) and maintaining obsessive attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Processing returns and exchanges for returned items

  • Collaborating with the team to manage inventory levels and restocking of returned products

  • Ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of all return transactions

  • Picking and packing customer orders

  • Using laser and cnc engraving machines to personalize orders (you will be trained up, no previous experience required)

WHO YOU ARE

  • [REQUIRED] Minimum 2 years of experience working in a pick and pack order setting

  • Experience with returns processing

  • Expecting to work hard

  • Able to learn quickly

  • You'll be involved in the dynamic operations of our warehouse, handling inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, shipment coordination, and ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • [REQUIRED] Minimum of 2 years of full time pick and pack experience

  • [REQUIRED] At least 1 year of direct experience in processing returns and exchanges

  • Located in Washington DC or nearby in Maryland / Virginia

  • Expecting to work 50 hours per week in-person

COMPENSATION AND WORK SCHEDULE

  • $60,000 per year + performance based bonuses

  • 50 hours per week
