Were seeking experienced Project Managers to lead high-value substation, transmission, and energy-infrastructure builds across the U.S.

You'll direct multimillion-dollar initiatives that strengthen grid reliability, expand energy capacity, and accelerate the nations energy-transition efforts.

What You'll Do

• Manage large-scale substation and power-infrastructure projects

   from kickoff through closeout.

• Direct field teams and subcontractors, coordinating engineers, 

  vendors, and owners to deliver flawless execution.

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and reporting across complex 

  scopes with multiple workstreams.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental 

  standards.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and above expectation in high-reliability environments.

• Uphold TRIFECTAs standards of professionalism, communication,

  and mission-critical performance.

What Were Looking For

• 3-7+ years of project-management experience in substation, 

  utility, or electrical-infrastructure construction.
• Proven leadership in construction, EPC, or modernization projects in live-power environments.
• Proficiency in cost-tracking, estimating, scheduling, and documentation tools.
• Strong understanding of utility standards, NESC, NEC, and project safety compliance.
• Valid drivers license; willingness to travel or accept extended deployments.
• A results-driven mindset and an unwavering commitment to excellence under pressure.

Compensation

• $110,000 $150,000+ annually (depending on experience and project scope).

• Deployment-based structure with project stipends, per diem, and 

  performance incentives where applicable.
