What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical and control systems.

• Run EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduit, pull wire, and terminate panels, MCCs, and motor controls per NEC standards.

• Support PLC, automation, and instrumentation installations and upgrades.

• Read and interpret industrial schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-lines.

• Execute work on shutdowns, turnarounds, maintenance, and expansion projects.

• Apply NFPA 70E, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout procedures on every task.

• Represent TRIFECTA with professionalism, precision, and accountability.

What Were Looking For

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (state or reciprocal).

• 3+ years of experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing settings.

• Proficiency in switchgear, transformers, VFDs, and motor control systems.

• Familiarity with automation, controls, and instrumentation wiring a plus.

• Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA 10/30, and plant safety.

• Willingness to travel or accept deployment-based assignments.

• A safety-driven problem solver with strong troubleshooting ability.

Compensation & Deployment Structure

• $33-$45/hr DOE + per diem, travel pay, and performance bonuses.

• Premium pay for shutdowns, emergency response, or rapid-deployment work.

• Continuous advancement through PowerChecked certification levels.

• Deployment-based structure offering consistent, mission-critical work.
