What You’ll Do

• Install, terminate, and maintain commercial electrical systems in 

  occupied and new-construction environments.

• Run EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduit, pull wire, and terminate panels, 

  gear, lighting, and power systems to NEC standards.
  
• Perform trim-out, switchgear, lighting control, and branch circuit installations.

• Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, schematics, and panel schedules.
  
• Lead or support ground-up, remodel, tenant improvement, and expansion projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout protocols on every task.
  
• Represent TRIFECTA with professionalism, precision, and accountability on every site.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or mission-critical construction.
  
• Strong knowledge of panels, switchgear, transformers, and lighting control systems.
  
• Proficiency in NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA 10/30, and safety compliance.
  
• Ability to travel or accept deployment-based assignments.
  
• A team-oriented problem solver with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  
  

Compensation & Deployment Structure

• $32 $44/hr DOE + per diem, travel pay, and project bonuses.
• Premium pay for fast-track, night, or emergency deployments.
• Deployment-based structure offering consistent, mission-driven work-levels.
• Continuous advancement through PowerChecked certification
