Your Mission

  • Embed on mission-critical sites to stabilize and optimize automation systems.

  • Diagnose and eliminate root-cause failures across electrical and control infrastructure.

  • Balance uptime, safety, and long-term reliability with engineered solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and program PLC / SCADA, VFD, HMI, and industrial network systems.

  • Train operators and maintenance personnel to own and sustain the solution.

  • Deliver results that restore confidence and keep systems online 24/7.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of hands-on Controls or Automation Engineering 

    experience

  • A deep systems thinker with a bias for action and accountability.

  • Proven experience in PLC / SCADA systems, VFDs, and HMI 

    development.

  • Root-cause obsessed, analytical, and detail-driven.

  • A confident communicator and technical trainer who thrives under

    pressure.

  • Mission-ready adaptable, field-proven, and relentless in execution.
