Systems Analyst
An experienced Systems Analyst is required to support the Business Systems Support team of a leading international law firm.
We are looking for a solution focussed Systems Analyst to provide on-going technical support to our clients Business Systems.
The role.
Reporting to the IT Business Partner for Risk, HR & Finance, your work will help support several critical business systems, including PMS/ERP, HR, time recording, expense recording, and matter inception.
As Systems Analyst, your key duties and responsibilities will include.
- Support and Enhancement to provide ongoing support for current business applications and contribute to the analysis, design, and testing of new systems and enhancements, such as upgrades, new functionalities, and modules.
- Data Management - to work on data migration and cleansing projects related to various business applications used within the firm.
About you.
We are looking for a Systems Analyst who is able to demonstrate skills across the following areas.
- End-User Support - You will have experience of delivering end-user support with a focus on understanding user needs and effectively communicating solutions.
- Problem Solving - You will have used various tools and techniques for problem-solving, solution formulation, and tracking resolution progress.
- Data Management - Youll understand data management concepts and the ability to support data reconciliation tasks.
- Technical Proficiency - Youll be familiar with T-SQL.
- Knowledge of supporting ERP, Finance, HR or similar applications - MS Dynamics, Workday, Intapp, Elite applications is desirable but not essential
As Systems Analyst, youll be required to work closely with business users across the entire firm, the broader IT team, and external contractors. We are looking for someone who is able to be effective both autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive team.
