When we receive your job application through our official employee recruitment platforms and/or referral channels, we may collect your:

• Personal information and contact information – your name, mobile number, email address, gender, civil status;

• Educational and employment information – your highest educational attainment, academic records, internship, previous job functions, work history;
• Other documents and information you provide such as your resume, cover letter, and/or during the interviews/calls – your preferred role, desired work location, salary range, how you heard about the job vacancy, whether you have family members within Igloo, and your declared character references.

Upon submission of your job application, you allow us:

• to review the above information to assess your fitness for our job vacancies, including undertaking measures to confirm their authenticity;
• to contact you to further facilitate the job application process or inform you of other job vacancies in case you are reprofiled to a different role; and
• to record conversations, only upon your consent, including the interview meetings or calls that may be conducted between you and any of our authorized representatives (e.g., Igloo HR Team or the hiring manager)

The personal data you share with us are provided only to our personnel who shall keep these confidential, and have a need to know to facilitate your job application and complete the recruitment process in compliance to our company policies. In all stages, Igloo may use online, manual, or a combination of processes to maintain the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of your personal data.

When you join our team, you will be subject to subsequent employment processes and the above collected information shall form part of your employment records. However, should the application process be pre-terminated, we sha ll retain copies of your information, including our communication, up to six (6) months from the date of our last conversation about the job application.
