Job Description:
- Addressing customer questions, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as email, phone, or chat.
- Assisting customers with detailed information about products or services offered by the company.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer claims requests and ensuring accurate documentation is submitted for processing.
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer information and interactions in the company's relevant systems.
- Working closely with other departments such as Commercial, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Following company policies, procedures, and guidelines while interacting with customers and handling their inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with English and Bahasa.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
