About the role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with a strong focus on agency and placement to join our dynamic team. As an Relationship Manager you will be working with the IPS team and play a crucial role in agency business to make Igloo become the future of insurance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in finding back-up placement

  • Maintain relationships with insurance partners
  • Manage and support partner leaders, particularly those with large portfolios
  • Maintain and support corporate partners
  • Seek out and establish relationships with new corporate partners
  • Help the Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager in creating insurance quotations
  • Assist in finding reinsurance in cooperation with insurance partners
  • Support in the bidding process alongside agents, partners, Regional Sales Managers, and Area Sales Managers


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2  years of placement experience, preferably with proven insurtech experiences
  • A self-starter with hands-on experience
  • Preferable have lot of network in insurance
  • Negotiation Skill
  • Mature & good interpersonal Skill
  • Hardworking & Team Player
