About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Development to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Marketing Partnership Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and management of strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies, organizations, and influencers. You will assist in identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating partnership activities, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize partnership effectiveness. As a Sr. Partnership Associate you will be working with the B2C team and play a crucial role in partnership to make Igloo become the future of insurance.


Job Responsibilities 

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive partnership strategies to identify and establish mutually beneficial relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist in researching and identifying potential partnership opportunities, including industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and legal, to coordinate partnership initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in negotiating partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring terms and agreements align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation and sales.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate partnership effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Assist in managing partner relationships, serving as a point of contact for communications, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in partnership marketing to contribute ideas for innovation and improvement.


Job Requirements  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing, business development, partnership management, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics is desirable but not required.
  • Experience in the Fintech/Insurtech sector is a plus.
  • English spoken and written is a must.
