About the job Commercial Manager, Vietnam
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set goals and develop plans to find new partners for Igloo in various industries such as e-commerce, bank, consumer finances, electronics, mobile phone protection, and healthcare insurance for business and revenue growth.
- Do research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives (based on the technology development, market insights, marketing campaigns, sales funnel, and innovation steps)
- Research potential prospects to approach them, offer suitable products from Igloo in target markets, pursue leads, and move them through the sales cycle.
- Be responsible for the revenue and gross margin of those projects by understanding clients needs to develop quotes, unique products, and proposals for prospective clients.
- Setting goals, action plans, and timelines to keep those projects on the right track and respect the launching timeline. Build strategic plans to meet those goals and sales targets.
- Attending conferences and industry events to keep updated with the market trends, stay connected more with the network, and bring more projects for Igloo.
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Commercial.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Have experience in Industry of Finance, Banking, E-commerce, Commercial, Insurance, and Technology. At least 5-7 years of experience in managing partnerships in a corporate setting
Exposure to multi-stakeholder involvement and fast-paced environments would be preferred.
Proficiency in English & Vietnamese language.
Communication skills: must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are must-haves for professionals who work in this field.
Organizational skills: be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines. Highly organized individuals are best equipped to manage the many parts of the job and keep client proposals and other tasks on track.
Time-management skills: must understand how to prioritize their time, be comfortable managing a calendar, and adjust their schedule as needed.
Drive and self-motivation: have a goal-oriented and commission-driven mindset to drive business to success
