EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM (ERP)
OBJECTIVE
The iFive Employee Referral Program (ERP) is designed to reward employees who bring in talented candidates that embody iFive’s core values and fit into its high-performance collaborative work culture.
ERP MECHANICS:
Referrer Eligibility
The ERP is open to ALL active Employees, except for the following:
- Members of the Talent Acquisitions Department
Hiring Managers of the role the referral is applying to
- Directors and members of the iFive executive team
- Individuals who have direct influence on the hiring decision for the role they are referring to
Referral Eligibility
- Must meet the basic qualifications for the role
- Must be a first-time candidate; Must not be a previous employee of iFive or it’s outsourcing partner, or have previously applied to any iFive career opportunity whether through job boards, social media, active sourcing, or a prior employee referral (referred within 6 months)
Referral Terms and Conditions
- During the interview, referred candidates must provide the name of their referrer Referrals shall not be considered preferred candidates. All candidates, regardless of their mode of application, shall be assessed fairly and according to the qualifications for the role.
Rewards Matrix
For every successful referral, the referring Employee shall be rewarded as follows:

Payment Schedule
1st payout - 50% - will be credited after 30 days of the referral’s completion.
2nd payout - 50% - will be credited after 90 days of the referral’s completion.
Rewards Terms and Condition
- Rewards are paid in staggered amounts across the referral’s employment period during which both the referral and the referring employee must be active employees and in good standing.
Due and impending rewards shall be forfeited if:
- The referral or the referring employee voluntarily resigns, is currently serving the resignation notice period, or is terminated for just cause prior to the designated pay-out schedule;
- The referral or the referring Employee’s employment is discontinued for failure to meet standards for regular employment;
- The referral or the referring Employee has committed violations (Class D) or received disciplinary actions pertaining to work performance, conduct, or attendance at any point during the probationary period and up to the designated pay-out schedule.
Treatment for Incentives in Special Cases:

Review:
The Employee Referral Program may be modified, suspended, or changed from time to time. Such changes will be communicated to employees in writing.
