CASE MANAGER (PERSONAL INJURY)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Case Manager (Personal Injury) to be part of our team.
- He/She is responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of U.S. Personal Injury cases from client onboarding through resolution.
- He/She serves as a primary point of contact for clients and coordinates with attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, police departments, and other external parties to facilitate the timely progression of cases.
- He/She is expected to be highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and capable of exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills when addressing client and case-related concerns.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
He/She shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
Case Management
- Manage assigned U.S. Personal Injury cases from onboarding through resolution.
- Monitor case status, deadlines, medical treatment, documentation, and outstanding requirements using the appropriate case management system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure required actions are completed within established deadlines.
- Identify potential issues, delays, or missing information and determine appropriate next steps or escalate when necessary.
- Complete daily and weekly case management tasks in accordance with established processes.
Client Communication & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the case lifecycle.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and timely responses to client calls, voicemails, emails, and inquiries.
- Communicate case updates, documentation requirements, appointments, and next steps through phone, email, and other appropriate channels.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure clients are properly informed of relevant case developments.
Medical Provider Coordination
- Coordinate with medical providers regarding treatment, medical records, bills, liens, appointments, and other case-related requirements.
- Obtain and follow up on outstanding medical documentation and treatment information.
- Assist with the resolution of medical bills, liens, and other outstanding case matters.
Insurance & External Party Coordination
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, documentation, case updates, and related matters.
- Coordinate with police departments and other external parties to obtain reports and information required for case development.
- Follow up with relevant parties to ensure outstanding documentation and requirements are completed.
Pre-Litigation & Legal Documentation
- Support pre-litigation activities, including case preparation, documentation, and coordination with relevant parties.
- Prepare demand packages and other case-related documentation for submission to insurance companies and/or opposing counsel.
- Prepare and process legal and case-related documents as required.
- Provide case-related support to attorneys and other members of the legal team.
Case Records & Documentation
- Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized case files.
- Ensure case documents, communications, updates, and relevant information are properly recorded in the case management system.
- Maintain confidentiality of client, medical, legal, and case-related information.
Team Support & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Work independently while maintaining effective communication with attorneys and the broader legal team.
- Support the legal team with case-related and administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties related to case management as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of relevant Case Management, Legal Support, or Personal Injury experience.
- Prior hands-on experience managing U.S. Personal Injury cases is mandatory. Candidates without Personal Injury experience will not be considered for this role.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Personal Injury case lifecycle, from onboarding through settlement or resolution.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when handling case-related concerns.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and common Personal Injury case documentation.
- Strong documentation and case-file management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and the legal team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client, medical, and legal information.
- Experience with CasePeer CRM is an advantage but is not required.
- Experience communicating with insurance companies and adjusters.
- Experience coordinating with medical providers regarding treatment records, bills, and liens.
- Experience preparing demand packages and supporting pre-litigation processes.
- Must be willing to work at 6th floor Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center Ortigas, Pasig City.
