ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Project Manager to be part of our team.

• The role is to help perform project management activities for complex, high profile programs and projects, i.e. Electronic Medical Record and Multifactor Authentication Conversions, Phone System upgrade, etc working with cross-functional IT teams and product owners to deliver business solutions. Reporting to the Director of the companys IT Project Management, you will drive to successful conclusion all aspects of information technology initiatives. The results of this position will be a managed approach to information technology projects with increased scope, time, and objective achievement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the relationship between business partners, vendors, information systems, and project management to develop, escalate, and implement solutions.
• Perform project planning, resourcing and scheduling.
• Managing technical resources assigned to the project team, from internal sources and/or external vendors.
• Working with stakeholders to assure project goals and execution are aligned with business goals.
• Assuring adherence to internal review processes and technical standards.
• Driving project activity to defined milestones and deliverables.
• Monitoring tasks and reports on project schedules.
• Updating project stakeholders through weekly status reports and appropriate meetings.
• Coordinating project requirements with other IT functions.
• Generating standard project documentation that correspond to a specific project phase.
• Consulting with departments on business requirements and specifications.
• Determining the development and application of criteria to evaluate alternative systems and provides recommendations for product selection.
• Managing outsourced work, consultants, vendors, and relationships.
• Other duties, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Three (3) years years of hands-on experience in IT project management, project management practices and techniques, and also project management software handling healthcare/EMR projects is a PLUS.
• Willing to work a night shift schedule.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid set up and the site is at 6F Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
