ROLE OVERVIEW

  • The L&D Sr. Trainer for Leadership Development is in charge of ensuring that iFive training and coaching needs are met by working with the Training Lead/Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulation of project-specific training plans for blended learning.
  • Identifying performance gaps, creation of action plans and providing training and coaching support when necessary to employees across all levels of the organization, including new hires, tenured associates, leaders, and support groups.
  • Using adult learning principles, learning design systems, and evaluation methodologies, the L&D Trainer will develop, deliver, and measure learning effectiveness by monitoring and evaluating the performance of training requirements of the LOBs and the corporate team.

Requirements

  • With 3-5 years in training/learning or related work experience; 1-3 years in leadership development or related work experience.
  • With experience in the following:
  • Facilitation and Classroom Management Skills
  • Client and Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Training Coordination and Reporting Skills.
  • Learning Design and Evaluation skills is highly preferred
  • Preferably with knowledge of LMS Administration.
  • All good to work on a flexible schedule depending on commitments, default hours between 1PM-1AM.
  • Willing to work on a Hybrid setup.
  • Willing to work on our two sites Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City or Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas.
