PROCESS TRAINER

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Process Trainer to be part of our team.

  • He/She is responsible for delivering effective training programs to new hires and existing employees to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality customer service. This role involves developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.
  • He/She plays a key role in maintaining and improving performance and productivity within the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

He/She shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

Training Delivery

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current employees.
  • Utilize various training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
  • Facilitate classroom-style, virtual, and on-the-job training. Curriculum Development
  • Develop, update, and improve training materials, manuals, and modules to keep content current and engaging.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.

Performance Assessment

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to help them improve their performance.
  • Identify training gaps and provide recommendations for additional training or support.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in training and development.
  • Propose and implement improvements to training programs based on feedback and performance data.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and trainee performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on training activities and outcomes to management.


REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in training, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
    • Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
    • Proficiency in using training software and tools, including LMS (Learning Management System).
    • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
