ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to be part of our team.

  • This role will be under the supervision of the Creative Director in creating materials for the companys marketing initiatives.
  • This role will be working collaboratively with the Creative Director to create impactful designs that capture and promote the company vision. This role will be responsible for designing posters, banners, videos, company merchandise and other materials for the companys website, social media posts, and other internal and external communications whether in print or digital.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Junior Graphic Designer shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

  • Designing internal communications for email, iFive Family Facebook page or any other platform that the requestor requires
  • Designing and creating social media posts for iFive Careers on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including, but not limited to, posters, banners, and videos
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to assist them in their design needs
  • Listening to feedback and refining design skills

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least one (1) year of related experience is a must.
  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, CapCut and Canva
  • Ability to conceptualize, pitch, and execute creative concepts as well as follow creative directions
  • Time management - ability to prioritize accordingly, set expectations, and meet deadlines
  • Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
  • Highly collaborative and driven by creative excellence
  • Proficiency in shooting, creating, and editing videos
  • Being up-to-date on the latest social media trends is a plus.
  • Able and willing to work on a mid shift schedule.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid setup and the site is at 6th Floor Tower 1 Rockwell Business, Ortigas, Pasig
