ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to be part of our team.

  • This role will be responsible for performance of accounting related tasks, including general accounting, treasury tasks, accounts receivables duties for the company and affiliated Entities.
  • This role works closely with the Controller and other Accountants as necessary to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely completion of finance tasks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process all customer invoices, including obtaining proper approval and coding, entering into billing system and submitting to client.
  • Monitor all customer payments and post to ledger when collected.
  • Own collection processes monitoring past due balances, communicating with customers, and driving collections to reduce DSO.
  • Own sales use tax processes and filings.
  • Completes assigned monthly and year-end accounting procedures.
  • Completes assigned routine reconciliation of the company balance sheet accounts, to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory mandates.
  • Support ad hoc reporting & special requests as directed by the Controller.
  • Perform assigned duties to ensure compliance with internal control policies to protect the assets of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience working with international clients.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Willing and able to work the night shift.
  • Willing to work onsite at 6th Floor, Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas, Pasig.
