ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a IT Project Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for leading and managing complex, high-impact IT projects from planning through execution. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple IT projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project requirements and objectives.
• Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure project success.
• Coordinate technical resources and monitor project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Ensure project activities comply with internal processes, governance standards, and technical best practices.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with departments to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Evaluate alternative systems, tools, and technologies to support business needs and provide recommendations.
• Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and outsourced service providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule.
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid set-up at 6th Floor, Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center Ortigas, Pasig City (beside The Medical City).
