Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to support on one of our power contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional support to the team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain agenda.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork related to the electricity contract and projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures for the department.
  • Create and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain contact lists and assist in the preparation of client meetings and correspondence.
  • Provide general support to visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
