Our client, a leading New York City real estate law firm, is seeking an experienced trial attorney to join its Landlord-Tenant Practice Group. Candidates must have at least seven years of landlord-tenant litigation experience and demonstrate expertise in drafting predicate notices, pleadings, motions, complex settlement agreements, and handling depositions.

Successful candidates will have strong negotiation skills, excellent legal research abilities, and confidence in appearing in court to argue motions.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing

Our client offers a highly competitive compensation structure with unlimited earning potential through its Revenue Sharing Plan:

  • Attorneys receive one-third of collected revenue from their billable hours.
  • 20% bonus for introducing new clients to the firm.
  • If one-third of the collected billable revenue exceeds the base salary, the difference is paid as a bonus.
  • No billable hour requirement and unlimited income potential.

Additionally, attorneys who bring in new business earn a higher percentage of revenue, with a negotiable bonus structure.
