The Role
As Production Planning Leader, you will manage a small team of planners and oversee the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of manufacturing orders. You'll play a critical role in aligning production capacity with customer demand while ensuring timely delivery and resource efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support the production planning team
- Monitor and adjust production schedules in SAP based on component availability and machine capacity
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to maintain schedule integrity
- Resolve planning disruptions and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Suggest and implement improvements in planning methods and tools
- Track key production KPIs and provide regular reports
- Guarantee traceability and alignment of all production orders
- Provide coaching and development support to planning team members
What Were Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in production planning
- Background in supply chain, production, or industrial operations
- Proven team management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP (planning module)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing context
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in French and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
