The Role

As Production Planning Leader, you will manage a small team of planners and oversee the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of manufacturing orders. You'll play a critical role in aligning production capacity with customer demand while ensuring timely delivery and resource efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the production planning team
  • Monitor and adjust production schedules in SAP based on component availability and machine capacity
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to maintain schedule integrity
  • Resolve planning disruptions and ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Suggest and implement improvements in planning methods and tools
  • Track key production KPIs and provide regular reports
  • Guarantee traceability and alignment of all production orders
  • Provide coaching and development support to planning team members

What Were Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in production planning
  • Background in supply chain, production, or industrial operations
  • Proven team management or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (planning module)
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing context
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
