Vos missions

• Assurer de manière autonome ou sur délégation médicale des soins complexes et personnalisés à des patients dont les fonctions vitales sont menacées
• Gérer des situations cliniques dintensité variable avec sang-froid et réactivité
• Détecter les complications potentielles par une observation rigoureuse
• Travailler en équipe interdisciplinaire et contribuer à lamélioration continue du service
• Participer activement à la dynamique dun service à la fois technique, collaboratif et humain
  
  

Profil recherché

• Obligatoire : Diplôme dinfirmier·ère HES ou équivalent reconnu en Suisse
• Obligatoire : Diplôme fédéral dexpert·e en soins intensifs EPD ES reconnu par la SGI-SSMI (aucun équivalent UE accepté)
• Minimum 3 ans dexpérience en milieu hospitalier, idéalement dans un environnement suisse ou au sein dun groupe tel que Swiss Medical Network
• Maîtrise du français courant (niveau professionnel indispensable)
• Passeport UE/AELE requis (aucune procédure possible pour ressortissants hors UE

• Horaires en journée (7h 16h) en rotation sur base 12h
• Contrat fixe à 80100%

About the Role
A private acute care facility, recognized for its medical excellence and consistent investments in people and technology, is seeking a Certified Intensive Care Nurse (EPD ES) to strengthen its intensive care unit.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide complex and personalized care to patients with life-threatening conditions, independently or under medical delegation

• Manage clinical situations of varying intensity with composure and responsiveness

• Detect potential complications through rigorous observation

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to continuous service improvement

• Actively participate in a service environment that is both technical and deeply human

Your Profile

• Required: HES nursing degree or equivalent recognized in Switzerland

• Required: Federal diploma in intensive care nursing (EPD ES) recognized by SGI-SSMI (EU equivalency not accepted)

• Minimum 3 years of hospital experience, ideally in a Swiss environment or within a group such as Swiss Medical Network

• Proficient in professional-level French (fluency required)

• EU/EFTA passport required (no work permit sponsorship for non-EU citizens)

Working Conditions

• Day shifts (7:00 AM 4:00 PM) on a rotating 12-hour schedule

• Permanent contract, 80100% workload
