Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations & CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our sales processes using Pipedrive and related tools. This role will work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate activity tracking, seamless integrations, and actionable reporting to improve conversion rates and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management:
    Own and manage Pipedrive setup including pipelines, stages, fields, and automations. Ensure data hygiene and continuously improve pipeline structure.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    Analyze drop-offs across pipeline stages, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Automation & Workflow Management:
    Build and optimize email sequences and ensure automations are functioning correctly.
  • Integrations Management:
    Manage integrations with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and calling tools. Ensure proper syncing and activity logging.
  • Activity Tracking:
    Ensure all calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach are captured and standardized.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    Build dashboards on follow-ups, conversion rates, and activity performance. Provide weekly insights.
  • Data Enrichment:
    Support lead generation and ensure accurate data capture.
  • Training & Adoption:
    Train sales team and ensure consistent CRM usage.

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years experience in Sales Ops or CRM roles. Strong experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM.
  • Understanding of B2B sales.

Good to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and automation tools like Zapier.
  • Basic analytical skills.

Success Metrics

  • CRM adoption rate, activity tracking accuracy, conversion improvement, and reporting quality.
