Join our Finance team as a Management Trainee Officer – Finance Operations, where you'll gain hands-on experience working with accounting systems, SaaS platforms, revenue reconciliation, and commission calculations. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Management Trainee Officer – Finance Operations to support our Finance team in system accounting. The ideal candidate will also assist with commission calculations, subscription administration, and financial system reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with revenue reconciliation between the SaaS platform and accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Stripe, GoCardless).
• Support monthly revenue reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all customer activations and revenue transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and approval workflows.
• Prepare monthly sales commission calculations and validate them as per the approved policy of the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with finance systems such as Xero or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic reporting).
• Good understanding of CRM and SaaS administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information.
