Full-Stack Engineer (React, React Native, NodeJS)

Were looking for a 10x engineer with solid experience in NodeJS, React and React Native. Youll take the lead in developing and launching both our web and mobile apps. Your focus will be on building robust, scalable, and maintainable components while collaborating with a small, high-performing team. A passion for elegant design, fast iteration, and shipping quality products is essential.

What Youll Do

• Build and launch the first versions of our web, desktop, and mobile apps alongside an experienced team.

• Implement smooth, reliable features across supported devices and platforms.

• Integrate cutting-edge AI APIs (e.g., Whisper, ElevenLabs) into real product features.

• Optimize app performance through rigorous testing and tuning.

• Maintain a clean, well-structured, and easy-to-understand codebase.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of professional experience with React and React Native.

• Backend Development experience with NodeJS

• Deep understanding of the web and mobile app lifecycle.

• Skilled at working with REST APIs and SDKs.

• Confident with third-party dependencies and debugging complex conflicts.

• Startup-minded: you value speed over perfection and can make smart trade-offs to ship fast.

• Adaptable and eager to learn 

  willing to do what it takes for the teams success.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes.

• Kind, respectful, and collaborative. You have strong opinions but adapt quickly to team decisions.

• Fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AWS.

• Experience with Next.js.

• Background in native iOS/Android modules and apps.

• Previous work on social media, voice, or audio applications.

• Experience with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Whisper, or ElevenLabs.

• Familiarity with payment SDKs like Stripe.
