Full Stack Developer (Insurtech)

Were looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in a startup-like environment and is comfortable taking ownership of features from end to end.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Next.js.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across front-end and back-end.

• Optimize performance for both web and mobile browsers.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.

• Stay current with modern frameworks, libraries, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and ideally GraphQL.

• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Vercel, etc.).

• Knowledge of authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT).

• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
