You'll collaborate directly with clients, engineering, and business teams to ensure smooth execution, clear technical documentation, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple MVP projects in parallel, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Define, document, and maintain clear technical requirements for development teams.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and client teams to align on project goals and execution strategies.
  • Oversee project scope, estimations, timelines, and risk management while ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Optimize workflows using Scrum and Agile methodologies (Scrum master experience is a plus).
  • Ensure seamless communication across teams via Notion, Slack, and project management tools.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical interviews for potential team members to ensure high engineering standards.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Participate in and lead demo calls to showcase progress and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management within software development.
  • Strong expertise in writing and managing technical documentation and requirements.
  • Experience working directly with clients and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
  • Proficiency with Scrum, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience managing remote development teams and distributed projects.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
  • Ability to work partially within US EST business hours for team coordination.

Desired (but not mandatory):

  • Experience with AI-driven projects and SaaS development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Hands-on technical background to facilitate better collaboration with engineers.
