Product Designer (Hybrid, San Francisco Area)

Idelsoft is seeking a Product Designer to join our clients team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be based in the San Francisco area and work on-site 3-4 days a week. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal product teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a founding Product Designer, playing a key role in shaping the product experience from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine user experiences with a focus on usability, accessibility, and scalability.
• Work closely with internal Product teams to articulate and develop design solutions.
• Engage with customers, actively listen to their needs, and translate feedback into actionable design insights.
• Leverage Tailwind CSS, Stripe, Linear, and Endgame to build intuitive and high-performing user interfaces.
• Contribute to the overall product vision while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Tailwind, Stripe, Linear, and Endgame.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Must be based in the San Francisco area and able to work on-site 3-4 days a week.
