Frontend Developer (LatAm)

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will work with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in front-end technologies will contribute to project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient, reusable, and scalable frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript & React and Gatsby
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create functional user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Integrate front-end interfaces with server-side logic and APIs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements.
• Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, identify project risks, and propose solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing frontend codebases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with frontend build tools and package managers.
• Familiarity with version control systems and code collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality code on schedule.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a personal portfolio of relevant work is highly desirable.
