Full Stack Engineer (NY, onsite)

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Full Stack Engineer to join our clients core engineering team in New York City. In this role, you'll work across the full stack to design, develop, and ship high-performance features for scalable AI-driven applications. Youll collaborate closely with product, design, and ML teams to build reliable, performant, and user-friendly solutions.

Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)

Engagement: full-time, long-term employment opportunity in the USA (This is not a contractor role)

Compensation: $100,000 $130,000/year + Equity

*Israeli citizenship required

*Ready to relocate to the US within short period of time (visa sponsorship available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end features for web and mobile platforms using technologies such as React, Node.js, and modern backend frameworks.

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services.

• Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.

• Integrate APIs and backend services, including REST and GraphQL.

• Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows using platforms like AWS, Docker, and OpenShift.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Engineering, including both front-end and back-end development.

• Strong foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks.

• Proven experience with designing scalable web application architectures.

• Strong understanding of application performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and taking ownership of multiple responsibilities.

• Ability to work remotely from Israel during the short transition period before relocating.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):

• Experience with Python, C#, CSS, MySQL, GraphQL.

• Familiarity with OpenShift and AWS.

• Interest in or experience with AI/ML technologies.
