IT Recruiter (LatAm)

Idelsoft, a leading US-based software agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent, with a focus on IT-related positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, while also contributing to client acquisition and relationship management.

What You'll Do

• Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
• Conduct client acquisition activities and manage client relationships
• Perform market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
• Contribute to sales and revenue generation efforts

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on IT-related roles
• Strong ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult-to-fill positions
• Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends and common software engineering skill-sets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in ATS and CRM tools
• Experience with LinkedIn and email automation tools
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
• Experience in recruiting in the US and LatAm markets
• Ability to work in the US EST timezone hours
• Fluent English (C1/C2) skills for effective communication with candidates 

Additional Requirements

• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
• Experience in staffing agency environment preferred
