About the Role

Were seeking a Founding Head of AI Engineering to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI systems. This role is central to building intelligence layers that make AI experiences natural, coherent, and impactful. Youll take ownership of architecture, orchestration, and innovation at the intersection of prompting, memory, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

What You'll Build

• Orchestration layers for multi-agent systems, memory, and context-switching.
• RAG pipelines that ground interactions in facts, knowledge, and style.
• Prompting and evaluation systems tuned for responsiveness, consistency, and personality.
• Tooling for prompt versioning, testing, and observability.
• Fine-tuning loops to ensure fidelity, tone, and voice
• Interfaces bridging intelligence with audio/video ML and product features.
  
  

  You will be a good fit, if:

• Have shipped LLM-powered, multi-agent, or RAG-based systems into production.
• Are fluent with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom agent frameworks.
• Understand prompt engineering deeply and know where its limits are.
• Have experience evaluating and fine-tuning LLMs for coherence, responsiveness, and emotional tone.
• Care about identity, continuity, and trust in humanAI interactions.
• Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments with high ownership.
