The platform empowers dental practices by offering a centralized system to manage inventory, re-order supplies, and choose the most cost-effective vendors. By streamlining supply workflows, we help dental teams save time, avoid costly overstocking/understocking issues, and eliminate manual processes.
About the Role
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain product documentation: internal wikis, how-tos, SOPs, and user guides
- Be the go-to resource for product-related questions from Sales, Customer Success, and Support
- Triage technical issues and escalate only when necessary
- Track recurring issues and proactively update documentation to minimize future questions
- Train new team members on workflows, features, and product capabilities
- Work with developers to clarify edge cases and expected behavior
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage internal tools like Jira, Slack, Gmail, and Coda
- Coordinate with Marketing Tech to align on tooling and processes
- Prepare product updates and lead webinars to educate users about new features

- Strong written and verbal communication clear, concise, and approachable
- Background in SaaS, product support, product ops, QA, or similar roles
