Location: Remote
Engagement: Full-time till 3 pm EST or fully EST working hours
Client: Healthcare / Dental-Tech Platform


What You'll Do
  • Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end (frontend + backend)
  • Develop and maintain applications using Vue.js / Nuxt.js + Laravel / PHP
  • Design and implement REST APIs and backend services
  • Own system components, refactor legacy code, and improve architecture
  • Work on scalable systems, microservices, and performance optimization
  • Build logic for cost optimization, predictions, and business workflows
  • Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and leadership
  • Monitor and support features post-release


Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Vue.js (Nuxt is a plus)
    • Laravel / PHP (v10+, PHP 8+)
  • Solid understanding of:
    • OOP, SOLID principles
    • REST API design
    • Microservices architecture
  • Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL), query optimization
  • Proven ability to ship fast without breaking things
  • Comfortable working in lean, fast-moving teams
  • Strong ownership mindset (no hand-holding)
  • Advanced English (C1+)
    
Nice to Have
  • Experience with:
    • AWS / basic DevOps
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Redis, SQS
    • Testing frameworks (PHPUnit, TDD)
  • Background in SaaS or healthcare/dental tech
  • Exposure to Golang or distributed systems
